Need support?

At Roundabout Canberra, we provide essential baby and children’s items through trusted community organisations and social service agencies. We’re unable to provide support directly to families, but we want to make sure you can access the right help.

If you already have a social worker, case worker, or other support service they can request items from us on your behalf.

If you don’t currently have that support, we recommend reaching out to one of these services:

  • AskIzzy is a website that connects people in need with housing, a meal, money help, family violence support, counselling and much more in their local area.
  • OneLink connects people in Canberra to a wide range of support services. They are the central access point for family case management services in Canberra, and also often refer people to the Child and Family Centres and Karinya as well as many other services.
  • Child and Family Centres provide support to assist parents and children in Canberra, Queanbeyan and surrounding regional NSW towns.
  • Karinya House provides support to women who are pregnant or who have new babies, who are experiencing crisis.
A volunteer helps a young girl hold a cardboard box inside a donation sorting room at Roundabout Canberra, surrounded by shelves of children's items.
