Service User Order Form

Roundabout Canberra welcomes referrals from social workers, health services and social services agencies. If you are an individual needing help please visit our Get Help page. If you are an agency making a request for items, we require the items to be collected by yourself or a nominated colleague from our premises at a pre-arranged time.

We are trialling free delivery to your organisation. We are doing this by region on first serve basis as we have limited availability.
Monday - Queanbeyan, Canberra city and East Canberra 9:30-11:30AM
Tuesday - South Canberra, Inner South 10am-12pm
Thursday - Inner North, Gungahlin and Belconnen 9:30-11:30am
Surrounding NSW towns on request

You must have someone available at your service to accept the items during the above times. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to families or individuals. If you would like delivery, please indicate this below with full address details and drop off information. We need at least 48 hours notice and will let you know if we cannot facilitate delivery due to demand.
